About Us

Fair2All United Farming began as a series of dreams, visions and ideas and culminated in a comprehensive and groundbreaking business model.

Two friends hoped to make a positive difference and to change the historical status quo which dictates how the agricultural industry has functioned over the last few decades. One, an experienced, dedicated farmer, well known for his ability to make a difference within local communities, and the other, a globally established businessman, combined their knowledge experience and created the beginnings of a powerful model for change.

To achieve their collective vision, a distinctive “out of the box” business model needed to be developed. Although considered a “mega farming operation”, the business needed to be substantially bulked up in order to be considered financially viable for a listing.

A combination of historical farming operations combined with an aggressive expansion program saw 170 hectares grow to 8000 hectares initially.

The model they then developed addressed the economics and sustainability of the agricultural industry as a whole, as it incorporated the issue of land redistribution as well as profit margins and long-term environmental sustainability.

The model focused on placing individuals first, and ensuring food security, then growing through innovation, with a strong focus on maximising economic viability, and led to the registration of a public company in preparation of an eventual LSE reverse or standard listing.

To understand this innovative business model and the process towards ultimately listing Fair2All United Farming t/a Agri-Culture, a non-conventional approach and an open mind is needed. There is a new “culture” in farming and in order to not only survive but thrive in this new environment some radical changes and innovative thinking is needed.

Part of this journey was the belief and conviction that “we can move mountains” with our minds, willpower and passion.
